NHS App Survey

The NHS App is one way people in England can manage parts of their healthcare from their phone, tablet, or computer. You can, for example, book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and view some of your medical records.

The UK Government has plans to expand what the NHS App can do over the next few years. This could include giving patients access to more of their health information in one place and offering more ways to manage care digitally or give feedback about your experiences.

We’d like to hear from you, no matter how often you use the NHS App: regularly, just once or twice, or never.

Your feedback will help us share a clear picture of Wirral residents’ experiences around digital healthcare.
