Our nurses are all qualified Registered General nurses (RGN’s).

Healthcare Assistants

Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.

Administration

Our practice manager has the overall responsibility for the running of the practice.  She is always happy to hear your views and suggestions about the services that we offer.

Data Administrator

Our data administration team has overall responsibility for maintenance of our clinical system and for practice administration.

Reception

The staff behind reception will assist you in making emergency and routine appointments to see your doctor, undertake repeat prescription administration, answer numerous and varied questions, and always offer help and assistance.  They are not permitted to discuss medical cases or problems.  It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient’s records is maintained at the highest level by all our staff.
